Anna is the main point of contact regarding HR and admin. She manages the payroll and ensures Zero Waste Europe stays updated with the most recent regulations. Anna also takes care of the 360-degree lifecycle of the employees, from recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, to the end-of-year evaluation setup. She supports learning and development initiatives as well as internal events organisation. Additionally, she acts as a wellbeing prevention advisor, ensuring our staff feel their best to perform in this (sometimes) challenging field.
