Are you into Zero Waste? GAIA invites nationals residing in Asia Pacific countries to share how they practice Zero Waste by joining our #WaysToZeroWaste social media photo contest! Simply take pictures of the ways you practice Zero Waste and post them on your social media accounts for a chance to win a free trip to Bandung, Indonesia and be part of our International Zero Waste Cities Conference on March 5-9, 2018.

  6. The photos should be realistic, culturally sensitive, and non-discriminatory.
  7. The following photos are disqualified: a) Photos that have been enhanced or altered. Alteration means manipulation of the photograph for special effects (colorizing, toning, collage, photo composites). Only minor adjustments such as cropping and using basic filtering tools in the platforms are allowed; b) Photos that violate another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright; c) Photos that have won in other contests, or have been published or submitted for publication (print or online); d) Photos which are immoral, obscene, and/or in violation of public moral and/or proper public conduct.
  8. Every week, one winner will be chosen for each category. To qualify for the week, entries should be posted within the contest week. Week 1: January 1-10; Week 2: January 11-17; Week 3: January 18-24; Week 4: January 25-31. Time zone is GMT+8.
