How do we make change?

In this new film, the Story of Change, the Story of Stuff Project calls on citizens to flex their citizen muscles: to share a big idea that gets to the heart of the problem, to work together with other people, and to take action.

As an example, this means more than recycling at home — it means pushing for reducing waste and creating jobs nationwide.

Story of Stuff is also gathering CHANGEMAKING ideas — and one of the first ones they included was increasing the U.S. recycling rate to 75%. You can support that idea here.

And explore the many other ideas, and other excellent resources on the Story of Stuff website.

Enjoy the movie!
