In the wake of the Manganese Ore Terminal concerns, the frequent Oil Spills in the Harbour and concerns over Coega we received a photograph of the smoke stack from the PPC Cement factory spewing smoke. A little bit more research into possible reasons why the smoke stack was spewing smoke uncovered some startling facts:
